Health and Dental Benefits . 401K When – Immediately JOB DESCRIPTION – Under the direction of the Director of Compensation and in support of a business group, this position is responsible for the administration of the companywide compensation function which may include creating, implementing, and administering competitive fixed, variable, and sales pay programs that comply with applicable laws and regulations. Assists in the design, development, and administration of variable pay plans, which may include sales compensation plans. Creates and maintains plan documents and acts as a liaison to the business lines for incentive compensation programs which could include compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Will assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual administration and auditing of sales incentive compensation. Researches, evaluates and recommends pricing and placement of internal jobs into salary structures. Performs complex data analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Serves as an internal SME on compensation matters. Advises all levels of management on policies and practices related to compensation. Executes major project initiatives, including automation projects, the annual Merit & Bonus cycle, annual salary survey participation, due diligence in support of Clients annual salary policy recommendations, and the semi-annual Promotion cycle. Develops project plans, monitors progress toward on-time completion, and prepares standard and ad hoc reports. Serves as systems administrator for applications/systems related to the administration of Merit & Bonus, market pricing, sales compensation, etc. Supports SAP efforts related to compensation. Performs and supports ad hoc analysis. Compiles and maintains HR metrics. Trains, coaches, and mentors lower level staff. Background and Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Desired - SAP experience a plus. LOCATION – BEAUTIFUL DENVER, CO"
