RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leverage existing customer relations to sell Field Service Solutions by working closely with sales teams. • Generate new customers by developing relationships with fleet managers to create and sell Field Service Solutions. • Create and execute annual strategic plan to exceed sales targets • Create customer centric Return on Investment models for Fleet Managers that accurately reflect a reduction in fleet costs. • Define and develop sales programs and marketing material needed to increase sales. • Organize customer visits and travel to field locations to maximize sales calls and minimize travel expense. • Perform as the subject matter expert on Field Service fleet vehicle upfit solutions • Provide input to project planning, schedules, purchasing and engineering. • Meet monthly and annual sales goals through the development and implementation of a strategic sales and territory development plan. • Prospect, initiate and build network to grow revenue. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to Fleet Customers. • Become known as a visible and recognized Field Service Solutions resource to all customers. • Ability to strategically create and present quotes to senior leadership. Perform other duties as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree 7 years of sales experience selling to truck/van Fleet Managers"
