AVP will manage several individuals responsible for all categories within business unit to ensure forecasts are developed taking into account all demand signals, thereby minimizing out of stock and excess inventory in Distribution Center. Participate in consensus meetings with heads of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and General Manager. Develop Best in Class forecasting modules, prepare budget guidelines, manage team performance, and participate in cross functional project teams. REQUIREMENTS: Individual desired must have a BS degree combined with minimum 10 years of forecasting / planning experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods company.
