Due to expansion, Triage is currently search for an Application Support Analyst for their Malaysia office. Responsibilities: Provide Problem/Incident Management and Pro-Active/Preventive Maintenance to team. DR/BCP support including Documentation & Reporting (PSS Scorecard, update AIG/ASRM). Analyse the issues reported by users and provide solutions. Manage the Remedy Ticket and keep the latest information in the system. Provide inputs to the documentation team and review the changes in the user manuals for accuracy. Perform production support activities by providing issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLA, depending on the severity of the issue. Performs thorough and comprehensive peer reviews on the output of other team members in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues/errors in the output. Develop & implement fixes to address production problems. Develop, test and implement small Change Requests. Provide support during high Severity and production DR process. Ensure SCB process compliance. Skills needed: IT Application Support – minimum of 4-5 years of application support in Banking systems. Java SQL Server Linux Domain knowledge in Banca, Mutual Funds and other Wealth Management, or other Banking products is a must. Must be Malaysian national, or hold a social visa."
