"Our client who is an established online gaming operator with offices worldwide is now looking to recruit a Affiliate Manager –Italy to be based in their offices in Milan. Our client is looking for an Affiliate manager for Italy, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within the Italian Gambling Industry. The role will be based in our offices in Italy and report directly to the Country Manager. The right candidate will have the responsibility to manage and expand the existing affiliate database for the whole company product range and will liaise with the staff at all levels (IT, CRM, Customer Service etc.) from other offices in Europe. The successful candidate will work in autonomy for marketing and implementation of the program thus it will be important that the candidate has some technical background knowledge related to ad-serving and affiliate’s activity set up. Responsabilities: · Motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance and renegotiate deals if needed; · Identify and recruit new affiliates; · Develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates; · Strong negotiation and analytical skills; · Monitor and analyse affiliate program performance and solid reporting attitude; · Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications; · Manage the distribution of product data feed to affiliates; · Maintaining the MS in target; · Close benchmark of the competitors ‘activity; · Work with graphic designers to create banners, images and other marketing materials; · Regularly review affiliate sites and marketing practices, insuring compliance with companies policies; · Basic knowledge of ad-serving, RTB, Dynamic adds. Extra technical Skills: · Basic SEO skills; · Basic Google Analytics skills; · Analyse performances of Landing pages and Banner; · Basic knowledge of PPC; · Basic Knowledge of HTML. Personal Skill: · Self-responsibility; · Ability to work in autonomy but willing to team build; · Strong self-motivator; · Think outside the box; · Willing to travel and maintaining relationship in affiliate conferences; · Excellent communication and language skills – Fluent Italian and English; · Exposure to target driven environments; · Excellent interpersonal skills.
