"As a crucial part of the company, you will be: - Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team - Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues - Assisting in control issues as needed related to branch and banking operations - Sharing lessons learned and direct experiences from other core banking implementations - Identifying and documenting project issues and risks related to Banking product delivery; helping facilitate timely resolution of project issues - Helping to manage gaps between required business processes and Banking product capabilities Desired Candidate Profile - Basic knowledge of commercial banking business and business processes - Solid communication skills in articulating strategies and plans to team members and Senior Management (as necessary) as well as the ability to work effectively with internal team members and vendor staff - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to identify and prioritize critical path issues and risks and recommend mitigation strategies - Ability to build vision, understand and define requirements, design practical solutions, develop supporting business cases, and implement solutions for clients - Previous work experience leveraging remote teams or offshore development resources a plus (not essential) - Computer literacy (involving Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and the Internet) is desired"
