"SAP BW Sr Solution Architect with Hands-on Experience – 70 to 80% billable and the rest of the time for Presales (2 positions) • 14 plus years in IT – several years in SAP, BW is most preferred/must • 8 plus years of extensive experience in SAP BW (Data Warehouse) and a minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations is a must • Expert in Data Modeling, architecting reporting and analytic solutions using SAP BW is a must • Extensive Functional experience in building data models in BW across several functional areas (Sales, Inventory, Finance, CRM, SCM, HCM etc) is a must • SAP BW experience across several industry verticals (Insurance/Banking, Retail, Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology etc) is most desired • Experience in BW security along with concepts in analysis authorization is a must • Experienced in performance tuning of back end data models and front end reports is a must • Experienced in custom development of user exists and BW transformations using ABAP is a must • Extensive experience in BEX and WAD reports is a must • Good exposure to SAP BOBJ reporting tools and BOBJ integration with BW and ECC is highly desired • Expert in designing workflows in bringing data from multiple source systems into BW as well as sending data from BW • Experience in conducting due diligence efforts is preferred - to validate technical/functional estimates is a must • Pre-Sales Capability (making capability presentations, RFP responses) & top Customer facing skills a must • Exposure to SAP HANA is highly desired • Extensive experience in holding client workshops, requirements validation and group discussions is a must • Experience with leading technical teams and Project Management is a must • Project management skills and onsite/offshore coordination is a must • Experience working with big 5 consulting companies is an added plus and nice to have • Candidates that have a flair to help Practice Management while being on a project and a track record of prior such experience are most preferred --------------- Regards, --SRINI Ph.
