Job Description This is an extraordinary sales opportunity to excel in the Human Capital Management market. Become an integral part of the company's expanding sales and marketing team. This is a position for an experienced, successful sales professional who thrives on being a sales leader in a collaborative company culture. You will lead the sales process (from prospecting, to qualifying, to close) and work in tandem with our client's world-class solution consultants to effectively communicate their compelling value proposition. Drive new business and establish long term client relationships by delivering indispensable value. Achieve sales quota on a consistent quarterly basis, with the expectation  of exceeding goals. Expand their position with current clients by selling additional products  and services. Track and forecast all prospects and opportunity pipeline on a monthly  basis. Build and foster relationships with the company's existing partners for increased  sales success and mutual market share gains. Collaborate well with the other sales professionals to determine and  establish best practice sales approaches and strategies. Be able to make things happen on your own; and know when and how to ask  for assistance. Keep the fun factor in it. Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in solution sales with consistent record of achieving  quota. 2+ years expertise in selling HCM software and services. A relationship builder. Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level executives,  negotiate, and close business. Able to write cogent, quality, business value proposals, and manage RFP's.   Excellent presentation skills. Work via solution selling methodology. Discipline in managing time and multiple sales cycles.
