Liaison Officer (Social Expert)based in Budapest Job Description Act as a Liaison between the community and the Project building and maintain a two-ways communication between the partiesDocument result of consultation and stakeholder comments, suggestions and concerns and coordinate responses consistent with the Project messageSupporting the Project team during the socio-economic survey implementation and the Land acquisition process, including the Livelihood Restoration plan preparationIdentify and inform the Management of any community related issue that may impact the Project.Maintain the related ESMS registers and stakeholder contact informationUndertake frequent and regular visits to the fieldSupports the Management in ESIA (Social) related issuesJob Qualifications University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Social sciences, including sociology, psychology, social work, community development, or other related disciplines (e.g. communication)5 years working experience with at least a minimum of 2 years experience in projects in the oil and gas sector or other large, preferable linear, infrastructure projects Demonstrable experience with national legislation and international guidelines on commitments to community notification and transparency requirementsFluent in English and HungarianDistinctive communication and rhetorical skills, reliable and committingOrganizational talent and high degree of persuasive powerFamiliar with working in international and multicultural environment"
