They are currently enjoying a period of global expansion with a high degree of investment across the MEA region, with a very healthy order book now and for the future. To support this activity our client is seeking to appoint a talented Litigation Counsel to be based either in Dubai or elsewhere in MENA. The role holder will support the commercial legal team and wider business functions across the MENA region and can therefore be based anywhere in MENA. You will be responsible for managing your caseload and will report to the Head of Legal. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with external counsel supporting the company with active litigation, and will also manage the internal and external dispute resolution process.
