"JD: The position calls for working as Senior Engineer in HVAC and building overall design including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical categories. The position is responsible for preparing HVAC Flow Diagram, HVAC Specifications, HVAC Design Calculations, Plumbing & Drainage Specifications, Plumbing & Drainage Design Calculations and check/verification of HVAC, plumbing and drainage documents including those submitted by engineering subcontractors/vendors. The work includes Field Engineering in HVAC, plumbing and drainage at construction site. (Engineer, whose experience is mainly field engineering, is not acceptable) The position is also responsible for preparing job execution plan, time schedule, subcontract/inquiry technical documents and technical/commercial bid evaluation reports; controlling engineering quality, bill of quantities/work hours and engineering schedule; coordinating with clients, the multi-category-disciplines/departments and subcontractors/vendors; and problem solving and decision making in overall building design categories including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical categories. Having Bachelor of Engineering in HVAC/Mechanical. Having 10 years or more experience in HVAC and building design for oil and gas field, such as Substation, Central/Local Control Room, Laboratory, Maintenance Shop, Warehouse, Operator Shelter and Guard House. Having sufficient knowledge in American codes/standards for HVAC and building overall design, such as ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association), IPC (International Plumbing Code) and IBC (International Building Code). Capable of leading overall building design coordinating with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing/drainage, electrical, instrument and fire protection/fighting disciplines. Preferably having design experience for Saudi ARAMCO. Having Bachelor of Engineering in HVAC/Mechanical. Having 10 years or more experience in HVAC and building design for oil and gas field, such as Substation, Central/Local Control Room, Laboratory, Maintenance Shop, Warehouse, Operator Shelter and Guard House.
