The Group owns and operates 41 offices worldwide.     Our client provides enterprise application integration software used to integrate and connect legacy hardware to a variety of systems, including the Web.     Pre Sales Manager UK   The Pre Sales Manager will manage presales and support the direct sales activities in the UK as a traditional PreSales technical resource as well as conduct call center discovery sessions with prospective clients. This will require the individual to be skilled in operational knowledge of call centers, user interface design, and have a solid background in application development techniques and architecture.     Job description: –         Responsible for building trust and managing relationships with key technical and operational contacts within the target accounts. –         Assist Account Executives in communicating our client’s value proposition and basic architecture to customers, partners and prospects. –         Working close with sales teams in the field and supporting the sale cycle from technical standpoint including working inbound with product management team to address customer/partner needs. –         Working closely with VP sales and support the forecast management process –         Manage all technical aspects of the opportunity including proactive research calls, Q&A follow up, detailed solution architecture and technical summary documentation. –         Manage and assist in the delivery of technical POCs .     Requirements: –         Bachelor’s degree in business or technology –         3+ years working experience as an SE for software solution companies. –         The ideal candidate will have worked as an SE and/or Presales business analyst for call center related solutions provider and demonstrates confidence in selling to both the business and IT, within an organization. –         Proven experience in a presales position in the Enterprise SW arena –         Can change presentation style based on audience is business operations vs technical. –         Excellent spoken and written English; other European languages are advantages• Great interpersonal skills; ability to work in a complex environment (most abroad) with lot of interfaces.     europe@chronosconsulting.com http://bull.hn/l/XZKC/2"
