Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Opportunity for a Senior Accountant with a Global Logistics Leader Yosr Fareed , Assoc CIPD posted a job: Opportunity for a Senior Accountant with a Global Logistics Leader "Agility Bahrain, a Global Logistics leader, is looking for a Senior Accountant Job Purpose: To accurately perform all tasks related to finance including Bank Reconciliation, Inter-company reconciliation, General Ledger, Reconciliation of entries – Manual Vs. Oracle, CONTROL, HFM, GEMS & Exceed Systems. The role is client facing, requires a business orientation to problem solving and, the ability to work with cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Recording Receipts in the System • Recording Purchase Invoices in the System • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation System on a weekly basis • Analysis and execution of inter-company reconciliation • Ensures proper/efficient updating of records and maintenance of an orderly filing system • Ensures the proper updating and maintenance of the records related to Sales Invoices • Providing the Line Manager proper reports periodically and on call. • Regularly interface with all Sectional Heads for updates and compilation of records on the Receivables. • Interface for the projects for Sales Invoice. • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on a weekly / monthly basis. • Enter Receipts in the system on a regular basis. • Inter-company reconciliation. • Scrutinize the General Ledger periodically. • Check the Sales transactions in CONTROL, HFM, GEMS & Exceed and ensures the both matches with oracle • Check monthly closing provisional entries. • Provides the Project Managers with regular statement of accounts and on call. Qualifications & Experience: English Medium Graduate in Commerce and C.A.-inter or other relevant professional qualification, expert in MS Office/Windows / Power point and Oracle Financials. Other analytical programs are a plus.
