"Job: Sales Manager, Opto-Electronics - Industrial Ethernet Switches in Shanghai, China Purpose of the Job To develop business of Hirschmann Switches in China, focusing in East China at the beginning stage. To build up the competence for operating and developing this business. To implement the compliance of the team. Key Result Areas The successful candidate shall be accountable for order intake and profit target, price guideline in the market, and cost control of the whole team. S/he shall be also responsibel for pipeline development, developing business partners, stock management, satifisaction of the technical support and after sales services. Plus, s/he will be one of the accoutable for the satisfaction of Hirschmann and the business growth of Hirschmann in Jebsen distribution region.  Main Tasks The successful candidate will work primarily in promoting Hirschmann Switches in related industrial sectors and Jebsen distribution region. S/he will coordinate with Hirschmann, keep healthy stock for Hirschmann, source new business partners, ensure smooth project procurement, quality service for customers, help implementing department stratefy particularly in achieving the goal of business growth, formulate growth plan for the sector. S/he will also ensure satisfaction level of both Hirschmann and customers and to assist in organizing marketing fuctions relating to industrial ethernet swiches.  Knowledge and Skills Experienced in channels sales and stock sales. Good business acumen (understanding of the essential elements of market dynamics and business management, i.e., stock planning, market analysis, business and resource planning, etc.).
