"NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER in Cleveland, OH NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER Cleveland, OH   Manufacturing    Responsibilities Manage and grow existing      large National Account customers as well as proactively developing New Business      Development activities with other clients that the company is currently      not doing business with.  Develop business with      new accounts, maintain relationships with existing accounts and grow sales      in existing accounts. Develop top-level      relationships at targeted and existing accounts. Identify, penetrate and close sales opportunities to meet targeted objectives. Grow revenue and increase profit margins. Oversee relationships and deliver top-level customer service. Document information in CRM system for accounts. Learn the product line quickly. Establish an annual New Business Development plan, targeting specific customers. Determine and understand existing issues, orders and concerns customers currently have and  have an understanding of pricing and programs currently offered.  Spend time inside the operations of major accounts to get a better understanding of how our products fit into the daily operation and maintenance routines, in order to better service the customer. Commit to and implement an ongoing personal development plan to increase skills and knowledge, as well as to keep abreast of developments in our industry.   Requirements BA Degree preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in Sales/ Account Management – Food, Beverage, Consumer Goods, Equipment, and/or Industrial.  Communications- Must demonstrate organized, confident and appropriate detail in interpersonal and group communication. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, attention to detail is a must. Possess strong presentation skills to include corporate boardroom settings. Results oriented.
