We’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Business Analyst to help our client in St. Louis, MO. This client offers the opportunity of working on a six month contract-to-hire assignment. Your responsibilities would include: -Working with various business groups and end users to gather requirements and then translating those requirements to SharePoint solutions that meet their needs -Building and mapping SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer -Work with IT Managers to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities, and propose changes that would make the SharePoint environment a more effective solution -Coordinate with divisions in standardizing and optimizing the way data/information is stored and retrieved -SharePoint Content Adminsitration duties such as administer and maintain sites and sub-sites, site layout structure and content, and system security Basic Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business Administration or equivalent experience - Experience as an analyst gathering user requirements and building SharePoint sites from those requirements - Experience with SharePoint Administration - Experience with SharePoint Third Party Tools - Candidate must have ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal) - Candidate must have authorization to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship Optional Skills: - Experience with SharePoint Designer - C# - Visual Basic - Agile and RAD development methods - HTML, XML, CSS, SharePoint WebParts, Web Reporting Tools - Business Intelligence LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
