"Job Profile: * This role will be responsible for delivering one or more Digital Harbor product(s) to markets * This role will involve creating PRDs, MRDs, use cases, storyboards, product roadmap, presentations, white papers, and other sales marketing collateral for Digital Harbor"s Enterprise Applications in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space. * This role will spend 70% of the time in tactical activities primarily in product definition, and is not a Product Marketing or a technical product management role. The remaining 30% will be spent in managing product Roadmap, tracking Product releases, and creating sales/marketing collaterals * This role involves interacting with sales, marketing, engineering and QA teams within Digital Harbor and with Digital Harbor customers, and partners * This role is responsible for product delivery commitments and does not carry any revenue targets Job Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Product Management of Enterprise Applications * This role requires prior hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, defining product roadmap, product requirements, product specification, delivering products to sales, marketing, and customers. * Business Analysis, Consulting or pre-sales experience would be a plus * Product Management experience in BPM, Enterprise Portal, BI, Enterprise Risk Management, Rapid Application Development applications is highly desirable. * Strong end-user perspective * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A sharp mind with good Analytical skills, and quick thinking on your feet * Proactive Team player. Ability to mentor and lead.
