"Environment: Consumer Products Environment: Logility, Manugistics All jobs at 7SolutionsUSA require a degree SUBMIT: For quick and more detailed review, you can submit direct to 7SolutionsUSA.com Click on “Job Finder” and enter in the job code # 01908091 into the “key words” box "Begin Search" then “apply or Short-cut URL: http://tinyurl.com/b7yarh2 General Comments Our client seeks a Manager of Demand Planning who will be responsible for Demand, Business & New Product planning with the goal of leading Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing to consensus. • Will manage brand, SKU, and account level forecasts using the Logility planning tool. • Make objective adjustments to forecast demand determining how variables such as advertising/media spending, competition, new launches, consumption and promotional displays impact forecast. • Review forecast accuracy for category and rankings by SKU and apply knowledge to future forecasts. • Lead monthly forecast consensus meetings with Marketing and Sales utilizing relevant retail consumption data and current and future market activity, and present recommended adjustments based on analytical conclusions.. . • Must be able to manage multiple projects/tasks in an ever-changing environment and ensure all deadlines are met. • Develop new and innovative ways of reporting and analyzing forecast data. • This includes standard reports as well as exception reports. • Work on cross-functional project teams with all levels of management to improve processes and tools. REQUIREMENTS: • We require a Bachelor’s degree and 5 – 7 years work experience • Demand Planning, preferably within the Consumer Products industry in a fast paced environment. • Experience with forecast modeling tool preferred i.e. Logility, Manugistics, and I2. • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to flex communication styles and influence others. • Proficient in the MS Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. SAP experience helpful"
