"Our client is a market leader in the region for Information Technology, Data Center and Managed Services. Well established they have a growing and diverse range of customers benefitting from their broad portfolio of technology solutions. A new, exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Commercial Lawyer / Contract Manager with bilingual language skills to join the team in Abu Dhabi. For consideration you must have the experience to fulfil the following - • Lawyer qualified in local or Western jurisdiction • Business fluent English AND Arabic • Prior experience with a large / MNC IT / technology company • Drafting, negotiation and closing of contracts • Working with all company departments to adhere to corporate governance practices, ensuring proper documentation for is in place. • Managing risk in a commercial manner, taking into account client relationships and revenue etc • Involvement in contracts • Participating in business and strategy meetings, providing input on contractual, financial and compliance strategy/tactics in support of projects, issues and disputes. • Ensuring compliance with corporate contracts and business policies, processes and procedures. • Providing comprehensive contract-related management reporting internally.
