Responsibilities/Authorities Engagement Management: Providing Solutions and delivering of projects. Domain Development: Social Welfare, Integrated Eligibility within Human Services Industry Experience: • Candidate should be having good work experience in designing and developing solutions to address job placement and unemployment issues. • The candidate should be familiar with service oriented architecture (SOA). Understanding of human capital development value chain and policies is required. • Knowledge of Employment policies Operating Model is must. • Experience in the life cycle of product implementation is required. Starting with analysis, continuing with functional and technical design, implementation test and Go-Live experience is required. • Working knowledge in key areas such as Account Management, Marketing, Process Design and Implementation, Change Management and Business & Content Development is a plus. • Experienced in developing business case showcasing business value through increased operational effectiveness, streamlining processes and enhancing operations.
