Job Description: Responsibilities:Participating in Server test activities - Test case development, Execution, Bug tracking and Verification. Develop very high quality Automation and other test scripts as needed. Simulate, analyze & test algorithms Work with cross functional teams and provide support as required. Plan, configure & maintain system test environment and work with IT as required to resolve any network/hardware issues.Skills/Experience:(Preferred 3-5 years experience in following areas): Strong server test background in telecommunication domain including functional(protocol testing),end to end, performance, load & high availability testing. Very Strong scripting and Automation skills (Must be very proficient in atleast one of these dynamic languages Ruby/Python/Perl) Experience in Java language is a plus Must be very familiar with Linux & Windows Knowledge of wireless positioning systems, particularly Assisted GPS and GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE networks is a big plus. Experience with MySQL DB, Jetty, Hadoop, HBase and VCS, 3rd party automation tools such as JMeter, Selenium useful. Familiar with telecommunication protocols. Very good verbal and writing skills Very good problem solving skills Algorithm Simulation and Analysis using Matlab is a plusEducation:Preferred: Masters, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Required: Bachelors, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience"
