Manufacturing Supervisor in Moline, IL Manufacturing Supervisor- Location- Moline, IL Salary - $55-$70K + 15% bonus potential We are looking to fill our Manufacturing Supervisor position with a high potential candidate with an Engineering background. Future progression could include Production Manager, Plant Manager, etc. Responsibilities: Supervise to include training, evaluating performance, and determining disciplinary actions when necessary Supervises functions of the production and manufacturing processes, ensures resources and personnel are available and allocated to meet operational demand, responds to employee and management questions and concerns, and monitors product quality Ensures production schedules, quality initiatives, safety targets, efficiency metrics, and other operational measurements are met for the shift Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules and regulations Works with other plant supervisors or management to review production quality, safety, and other operations, implement department activities, and solve operational problems Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Required 2-4 Years Relevant Experience preferred Interested in future promotion opportunities Ability to perform applicable production and processing activities meeting production and operational targets Ability to apply basic production and operational principles and practices and apply basic problem solving techniques and methodologies Ability to develop and analyze applicable production reports Investigating and resolving production problems Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office and other applicable applications Excellent Communication skills SEND A WORD RESUME TO JTHOMPSON@TESCAREERS.COM http://bull.hn/l/ZRSZ/5"
