David Peug posted a job: Currently I am looking for a qualified Oracle Forms/Reports Application Developer for an opportunity based in Boston – MA "Subject : Job 2011-44461: Oracle Forms/Reports Application Developer Location : Boston – MA Length : 1 year •A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Forms and Reports, to include experience in Stored Procedure Programming for Oracle PL/SQL (9i-10g-11g) •Experience Upgrading Oracle Forms 5.0 and Oracle Reports 3.0 to Oracle 11g R1 Forms and Oracle 11g R1 Reports •Upgrading Oracle 8i Database to Oracle 11g R2 Database will be a plus •Experience in setup, configuration and tuning Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server/Oracle Fusion Middleware (9i-10g-11g) will be a plus •Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or HP-UNIX will be a plus This is still open and we need strong Oracle resources with 11g, 10g, forms and reports. F2F Interview Required No. of Positions- 4 The Contracted Oracle Application Developer will work with the current IMS support team. The support team is responsible for developing new functionality, responding to customer issues, maintaining a defect free production environment which operates 365x24x7. A new team is being formed in conjunction with the current support team to address the conversion and upgrade of the legacy application from Oracle 8i RDBMS, Oracle Forms 5.0 and Oracle Reports 3.0 application to Oracle 11g R1 Forms and Oracle 11g R1 Reports using Oracle 11g R2 RDBMS. Key Skills: •Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Testing and Debugging Complex Forms and Reports using Oracle Forms and Reports •Strong programming skills in Oracle Forms and Reports and good knowledge or experience in Stored Procedure Programming for Oracle PL/SQL (9i-10g-11g) •Upgrading Oracle Forms 5.0 and Oracle Reports 3.0 to Oracle 11g R1 Forms and Oracle 11g R1 Reports •Experience in preparing design specifications and user manuals for the application changes •Upgrading Oracle 8i Database to Oracle 11g R2 Database will be a plus •Experience in setup, configuration and tuning Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server/Oracle Fusion Middleware (9i-10g-11g) will be a plus •Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or HP-UNIX will be a plus Key Responsibilities Position specifics include: •Application monitoring, performance tuning, testing and availability/capacity planning for the new upgraded system; •Preparing specifications for application changes; •Designing, coding and testing complex changes to existing application; •Creatively solving application problems with creative design alternatives; Other Required Qualification: Experience developing/maintaining/upgrading Qualifications/Experience: Oracle 8i RDBMS Qualification: Oracle Forms 5.0 and Oracle Reports 3.0 application using Oracle 11g R1 Forms and Oracle 11g R1 Reports using Oracle 11g R2 RDBMS Qualifications/Experience: Need 11g experience if not then strong 10g is required please send me an updated MS Word copy of your resume as well as the best number to reach you to aaron.kalman@mapleresource.net Thank you" |
