"The Role: Operations Associate The Location: San Antonio, TX A leading registered investment advisory firm in San Antonio, TX is searching for a highly motivated Operations Associate with experience to insure the day-to-day implementation of all investment related and client support operations. The Operations Associate will support the middle and back end operations of Covenant Multifamily Offices. This will encompass servicing client accounts including: the cashiering function, client account maintenance, and custodial relationships. The Operations Associate will work in a small office environment and will be a team player and not just an individual contributor. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● A minimum of 3 years experience in operations (experience in the investment or financial services industries preferred, but not required) ● An Associates or Bachelor’s degree ● Direct experience working in the financial services, banking, or investment industries preferred, but not required ● Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects ● Superb interpersonal and written communication skills and team-oriented persona ● Ability to problem solve and use creativity to access resources and accomplish goals ● Direct experience working with a CRM system is a plus, but not required To Apply This position offers a small team environment and comprehensive compensation package with outstanding benefits.
