"Position/Hay Grade: Senior ICT Solution Manager pre-sale Report To: Director of Country Enterprise business dept Base Country: Mocorro Language: English、French(Mocorro) Special Requirements Proven pre-sale engineer experiences to large industry accounts in financial, electrical, railway,oil & gas companies and government sections; 4+ years experiences in famouns ICT companies; French lanuaguage is a plus Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities 1. Presale supports including bidding, system design, technical proposal, price quote, presentations, presale testing and others etc. 2. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key enterprise accounts such as government, financial, electrical, railway, education and petrol companies. 3. Communicate between US and our enterprise accounts. Identify key requirements, adapt US solutions for customers' situation and promote full range of US solutions. 4. Manage internal communication among Marketing, Engineering and other teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products. 5. Collect and analyze marketing information, make competition, promotion and other marketing strategies and plans. Create co-operative business plans with customers and partners. 6. Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy. 7. Support the enterprise business in all the north africal regional offices. Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others) 1. Good knowledge in the fields of routing, switching, network security, VoIP, call center, data center, SAN, FC, cabling and other enterprise network fields. 2. Good knowledge of enterprise business models and service management strategies. 3. Basic knowledge in the fields of fixed Network such as optical transmission, microwave, and FTTx or Wireless network is preferred. 4. Minimum three years of technical pre-sales working experience in venders or system integrators. 5. Minimum Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. 6. Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with sales promotion at CxO and technical level. 7. Ability to understand the customer's requirements in order to design the desired solution. 8. Ability to show creativity and must welcome challenges 9. Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English. 10. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing) 11. Be able to travel outside Egypt for several months. 12. Technical Support Working Experiences are strongly preferred. 13.
