"Position/Hay Grade: Senior Enterprise Account Manager Report To: Director of Country Enterprise business dept Base Country: Mocorro Language: English、French Mocorro Special Requirements Proven sales ability to large industry accounts in financial, electrical, railway,oil & gas companies and government sections; 5+ years sales experiences in famouns ICT companies Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities 1.Build, enhance and maintenain customer relationships between US and our key accounts. Promote full range of US solutions and win the purchase contracts. 2. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities for enterprise accounts, including tendering guide, bidding, contracting, project implementation and collection. 3. Cooperate with pre-sale engineers, marketing and engineering team and our partners to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products. 4. Collect and analyze marketing and competition information, make the correct marketing strategy and activities. Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others) 1. Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with pre-sales teams. 2. Proven sales ability to large industry accounts in financial, electrical, railway, oil&gas companies and government sections 3. Basic knowledge in the fields of common enterprise network, software & systems such as routing, switching, network security, VoIP, call center, data center, SAN, FC, cabling Unix/windows Servers, NC, Storage & Backup and other systems. 4. Good knowledge of enterprise business models and service management strategies. 5. Minimum three years of sales working experience in venders or system integrators. 6. Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or electronics. 7. Ability to work under pressure, show creativity and must welcome challenges 8. Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English. 9. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing) 10. Be able to travel outside Egypt for several months. 11. Skilled French language is preferred. 12. Sales channel management experiences are highly preferred. 13.
