Title: Programmer Analyst with SQL Server, Oracle Store Procedure, SRS, SSIS Location: New York, NY Type: Contract Duration: 3 Year Plus Salary: Market Job ID: 1460G-002PA JOB DESCRIPTION Tasks & Duties: - Design, develop and maintain HASA web reporting system. The system will be written in SQL Server reporting services with C#. - Provide various ad hoc reports customized to departmental needs utilizing the various data sources in SQL Server, oracle and flat text files. - Prepare, review, and coordinate the implementation of data extracts and look-ups from the Data Warehouse. Prime examples of this are Managed care clients and eligibility and payment information extracted from SDX. - Prepare detailed documentation for various data sources, conversion mechanism, and security information of report access. Required Technical Skills: - 4 years experience with SQL Server 2005 database design, stored procedures and integration services. - 4 years experience with Oracle database stored procedures, functions and complex queries. - 4 years experience with Report design in SQL reporting services (SRS) 2005. - 3 years experience with Data transformation from one source to others using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Desirable Technical Experience: - 2 years experience of understanding web servers (IIS), application servers, and other elements of an internet/intranet infrastructure - 2 years experience of working with analyst and programmers and having excellent communication skills. - 2 years working experience of working with EDW is must and working with government human service agencies.
