View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/p8QZwV Job Description: The Director, Marketing Analytics will lead a number of highly important analytical projects to optimize marketing spend, pick new international markets, develop marketing plans and manage acquisition budgets / programs. Responsibilities also include developing and coaching a team of high-performing analytically gifted individuals. The Director will actively participate in strategic discussions with senior executives and work cross-functionally with Content Acquisitions, Product Management, Business Development, Consumer Insights, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Data Science & Engineering to add value to the business. Responsibilities Lead strategic value-added analyses to understand subscriber behavior, especially in areas related to streaming, new members and returning customers Manage marketing budgets in multiple countries. Estimate subscriber lifetime value to guide marketing program spend Perform customer segmentation and scorecards to optimize marketing program. Develop perspective on subscriber growth and generate global subscriber forecast to guide equity and investment analysts’ expectations Evaluate subscriber potential in new international markets. Develop strategic and tactical insights that can be translated to marketing and product strategies in new markets Collaborate with Consumer Insights to research and develop understanding of local entertainment consumption and internet service trends. Understand and predict competitive landscape Collaborate with Product Managers to design, structure, and analyze A/B tests on non-member websites to improve conversion Qualifications -highly analytical, creative and effective communicators. - at least 10 years of experience in a highly analytical environment performing complex financial and statistical analyses, -generating data-driven insights. -roles in analytics functions in consumer-facing businesses, product marketing, strategic planning or management consulting. -Experiences in ecommerce, consumer loyalty programs, consumer finance, or subscription businesses are highly valued. -Have strong capabilities of crafting and presenting analyses and insights to executive and senior manage in small and big group settings -Be comfortable handling large amount of consumer and operational data -Be proficient or have the ability to become proficient with SQL -Have excellent financial modeling skills using Excel (pivot tables and macros) and are highly proficient with PowerPoint -Have experience with data mining, analytical and reporting tools, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Microstrategy, and MS Access -Have Bachelors degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering or other technical subjects from a top-tier university; An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred"
