View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pQF5Q4 Job Description: Responsibilities: - Originating, closing, monitoring and exiting of portfolio investments - Extensive due diligence and financial structuring - Hard working and focused on details - Identify and interact with high-potential companies that may someday become portfolio companies. - Should have an interest in deal-sourcing and must display the maturity necessary to interact with entrepreneurs, also play an integral role in the diligence process related to new investments. Requirements: - At least 3 years experience in an investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or acquisition driven corporation (in a business development capacity). Consistently been a top performer in his/her peer group. - Current MBA student or an MBA graduate - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Sophisticated and professional presentation skills, with the ability to assimilate extensive information into meaningful business cases and effective presentations. - Must be a self-starter, demonstrate strong initiative, and exhibit a high energy level in order to quickly generate results. - Highly imaginative, able to create structure from concept, taking ideas and crystallizing conclusions with little, if any, supervision."
