Our client is currently hiring for their Dubai based offices. She/he will be responsible for consolidation of orders and month end invoices. Placing orders with group companies and 3rd party suppliers. Liaising with forwarders for shipment details. Prepare shipping documents for direct deliveries. Manage vehicle fleet and transport arrangements. List and Manage the services required to upkeep the staff accommodations. Abide by all of the health & safety procedures in accordance with the labor law. Ensure Health, Safety and Risk audits are done periodically.
