Enhancing sales capability across regions, working closely with the key accounts team in each country you would foster relationships and create a win win situation. Develops the Sales team via effective organization structure, team, recruitment & upgrade, performance targets cascade, capability development, i.e., motivational / learning programs and continuous review and re-alignment with Company objectives. Gather market intelligence on the competition and entry of new local and imported products, monitor distribution channels and increase market share and liaise with production, logistics and finance departments where necessary Additional Benefits + schooling + medical + tickets + bonus What you must have The incumbent needs to have hands on field experience in FMCG Sales, should have managed front-line performers and distributors in multiple countries. Previous functional expertise with FMCG company for a minimum 8-10 years in a managerial role within KSA/GCC. Direct Distribution, Trade Channel experience and new product launch experience essential. o Qualification: Bachelors Degree, o Experience: 8 To 15 yrs o Industry Exposure: FMCG - Food, Beverage and Tobacco o Additional Skill Set: University degree in business (BA required, MBA preferred).
