They work closely with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to define root cause analysis and provide integrated solutions based upon customized computer architecture and applications. - Apply their expertise to improve critical business processes and they seek out opportunities to educate customers in the strategic use of technology. Key Areas of Responsibility - Provide 7x24 technical production support of Oracle applications with emphases on the financial modules. - Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics, database structures, and utilizing software-based system maintenance and tracking tools. - Prepare or provide input to written documentation for technical methods, procedures, functions, or processes to support the maintenance of ES. - Participate in system and acceptance testing and deployment readiness testing. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS - 5+ years Oracle Financial applications experience - 3 years experience with software development methodology - 5+ years Oracle Financial applications experience (Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets applications) - 5+ years PL/SQL experience - 2+ years UNIX shell scripting experience - Service Oriented Architecture (Preferred) - Oracle financials GL, AP, AR, FA and must have worked in Order Mgmt, Inventory, Purchasing environment, Release 12 experience, PL/SQL experience.
