"Contract Position 3 months Send resume to: bciociola@covexllc.com Duties: Will assist a very strong engineering group in the development, maintenance, testing and support of Windows PC hardware and OS platform standards in a complex multi-platform, multi-language large enterprise environment. Assist an engineering team with the creation of requirements and solution specification documents for developing a new version of the corporate PC standard. Analyze the requirements and solution specifications and develop a comprehensive development-phase test strategy executing established test cases as well as adhoc test steps. Document and communicate defects discovered for the engineering team. This person will perform the combined duties of a testing engineer and technical support assistance in a critical project. Skills: MUST have excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills. Operating systems experience (Windows PE, Windows XP, Windows XP TabletPC edition, Windows 7, Windows 7 x64) especially imaging, software installations, and automated provisioning via SCCM. Must have extensive experience with testing, patching, supporting and troubleshooting Windows platforms; familiarity with Apple Mac OS a plus. Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree, plus 3+ years working experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry in a client technical support and testing capacity"
