KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Representative will be responsible professional selling of Kerr dental products through designated distribution channels in an assigned territory. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently to effectively manage and increase market share in the territory. Time in the field is split between "co-traveling" with dealer sales representatives and calling on dental practices. Distribution management responsibilities include promotional activity, dealer-training sessions, and area business reviews. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: • B.A. or B.S degree required. (Science/Technical background, a PLUS!) • 3+ years outside sales experience selling a premium product with a proven track record of success. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES: • Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills. • Ability to work independently and creatively. • Ability to work with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and iPad. • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. • Ability to motivate and train dealer representatives. • Demonstrated ability to develop on-going professional relationships with customers.
