One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Delivery Manager Total experience: 13+ yrs Job Description Will be responsible for customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, profitability, revenue target support, people satisfaction for a delivery group of size 200+ people DM will work with a set of Project Mgrs, Sr PM’s to manage delivery for this account Should have grown from a hands on Technical background to Delivery manager positions Should have played Project Mgr role for atleast 3-5 years directly managing project execution (Scope mgmt, customer mgmt, schedule, efforts mgmt, risk mgmt etc) for both Fixed price and T&M model projects Should have managed projects of both Customer development and Application maintenance type projects – Thorough knowledge of quantitative tracking of project health for both development and maintenance projects Should have experience of managing Application maintenance portfolio of projects for large accounts including production support service (24x7 operation experience) Should have played the role of Grp Mgr/Delivery mgr for atleast 2 years of a large account or multiple accounts managing multiple projects of different types Should have the ability to define customer specific service delivery dashboards and should have led program reviews with customer using those dashboards Should have very good knowledge of project, account financials – forecasting, revenue tracking, gross margin mgmt etc Experience of setting up an ODC and running it is added advantage Should have 14+ yrs of exp in IT services industry Should have atleast 4-5 years of experience in serving customers in the BFS area Note: Please send cvs only, who can able to attend the interview weekdays with short notice period.
