One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Senior Content Writer Total experience: 3+ yrs RESPONSIBILITIES/ OBJECTIVES Writing search engine optimized press releases. This includes: Conducting in-depth research on the relevant topic via the Internet Leaning a relevant news angle for each press release Writing strong, newsy headlines and sub-headlines Writing press release body in inverted pyramid style Ability to write according to client’s industry (different car makes & models) Inserting keywords and hyperlinks in appropriate places in copy Collaboration with SEO team & Managers Adherence to deadlines Writing search engine optimized Web site content. This includes: Conducting in-depth research on the relevant topic via the Internet. Inserting keywords and hyperlinks in appropriate places in copy. Collaboration with SEO team & Managers. Writing interesting, engaging marketing copy for Web pages. Ability to convey proper writing tone and style according to website needs. Ability to write appropriate content based on make / model specific for the niche. Ability to write landing pages and home pages for clients. Adherence to deadlines. SEO content writing for Vehicle Reviews, Blogs, Forums, Social Media & News Letters. Mandatory / Primary Skills: 3 or more years of content writing experience in an organization or in-house environment. 3 or more years of experience in using Google Analytics or similar Web Analytics applications Write landing pages and home pages for clients. Search engine optimization content writing and strategy. Write effective press releases and eNewsletters. Write content for blogs and social media profiles. Possess strong business to business acumen with ability to gain an understanding of our clients businesses. Demonstrate strong multitasking ability with multiple projects under your management. Be courteous, prompt, and timely with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines. Marketing and Corporate communications background an asset. Press release or News letter writing experience an asset. Excellent SEO copy writing skills (concise and simple) will be an asset. Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, and other Microsoft Office 2007 applications Knowledge of any level HTML, JavaScript, Flash, or other developer/designer languages a plus Academic / Other Qualifications required: Graduation Bachelors Degree with preferred majors in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
