Muhammad Aly posted a job: Organizational Development Manager "We are looking for candidates for Organizational Development Manager at a Multinational Telecom Company Position Title: Organizational Development Manager Sector: Telecom Company type: Multinational Telecom Company Salary range: 160K to 180K Location: Lahore Main Responsibilities: -- Under the supervision of the Head OD & Training, ensure the development and implementation of organization wide strategies, prioritizing organizational efforts and resources towards development of a culture which is high on employee engagement and performance, and central to company's vision, values, and strategic priorities. -- Develop, rollout and manage the company's performance management process/system end to end to ensure that the process becomes the prime tool for performance & competence communication and measurement. Ensure its effective link to promotions, rewards, succession planning, development, HiPo & LoPo identification. -- Manage all internal and external Leadership Development initiatives end to end. -- Consult Head OD & Training and advise departmental managers on the competency requirements within their areas relative to the business requirements and strategic direction of the company. Identify gaps and develop remedial actions accordingly. -- Manage the Talent Potential reviews end to end and integrate them with employee development plans in alignment with the Head OD &Training. -- Manage the internal organization cultural diagnostics survey end to end. Together with business heads, analyze the results and recommend appropriate action points for improvement and ensure their follow up. Conduct other external employee engagement surveys as and when necessary to measure organizational health and satisfaction. -- Participate and advise in the development of competency models to be used throughout the organization for selection, assessment, training, development and succession planning. Perform needs assessment for staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the individual and the organization. -- Develop tools such as 360 degree feedback system and run internal assessment centers for employee development, promotions and recruitment whenever necessary. -- Assist, support, and monitor development activities of succession candidates toward goal of developing "future generation" leaders for all key positions. Develop high potential and successor candidates to meet future talent requirements. -- Facilitate communication among employees and management; guide leadership and employees on goal setting, problem solving and dispute resolution. -- Identify leadership needs, and organize effective trainings or workshop interventions to maximize leadership effectiveness. -- Manage additional assignments assigned by the line supervisor. -- Lead the direct reports in alignment with department's objectives and MWBs Education Required: -- Bachelor Degree in Business or Psychology from a recognized/accredited university is required.Masters degree in HR related areas is preferred. -- Organizational Development Experience in leading MNCs will be preferred. Experience Required: -- 4 - 7 years of HR & OD experience, with 3 years of OD Managerial experience.
