The ideal candidates must be extremely fluent in speaking English for dealing with USA customers, willing to work in night shifts (6 pm-3 am i.e., maintain US working hours) and have to have the following attributes to qualify for this role.  Minimum 5 years of experience of working with Networking devices (Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers )  Multi-National companies or working in/with an English speaking country preferred  Work with Cisco Secure ACS and Cisco NAC  Five or more years of Customer experience (supporting customers over the phone, onsite, presenting offerings , answering questions..)  Cisco CCNA (Security preferred) or CCNP (Security Preferred) Certification  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English, MS Office Savvy, Eye catching emails/Letters skills are mandatory for this role.
