"We are looking for candidates for Senior Manager Budgeting, System & Payroll at a Multinational Telecom Company Position Title: Senior Manager Budgeting, System & Payroll Sector: Telecom Company type: Multinational Telecom Company Salary range: 225K to 275K plus Car Allowance/Fuel Location: Lahore Essential Requirements: -- Recent experience in prestigious multinational company -- About 8 (or more) years of experience in various functions of HR and Admin -- Experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) Objective: Lead, Plan & Monitor the Budgeting, System & Payroll department in administering benefits and salaries to employee, forecasting divisional budgets and improving and developing process. Main Responsibilities: -- Develop and maintain an effective and sustainable budgetary plan to ensure that the division is able to forecast its expense budget taking into consideration current and future trends while closely coordinating with budgetary and planning department on related matters. -- Ensure essential and efficient financial reporting tools and systems are implemented in order to record and generate adequate financial reports and provide for better management visibility. -- Develop and implement best-practice methodologies to optimize the overall success and effectiveness of divisional processes. -- Drive process improvement through evaluation and re-engineering of existing process using six sigma methodologies. -- Lead and manage the development of an effective and efficient MIS for HR & Admin Division in consultation with related stakeholders and automate procedures as per functional and employee requirements whilst promoting optimized and paper-less workflows. -- Implement effective payroll and related financial management solutions in consultation with related stakeholders and respective banking authority ensuring that an optimized and secure process is in place while significantly enhancing towards service delivery standards. -- Manage effective and accurate payroll processing for permanent and outsourced employees, along with deployment of annual increments level/grade changes through promotions or job changes and ensure such changes are incorporated accordingly in HRMS. -- Provide consistent and timely support to HR & Admin functions in ensuring related tools and resources are available to ensure maximum visibility pertaining to respective domains in order to manage and plan related activities. -- Manage nationwide administration of employee benefits and related attributes whereby staff gratuity and provident -- Fund, EOBI, Taxation and Insurance are managed in accordance to established policies and compliance to related laws/contracts. Education Required: -- Business Graduate and preferable Masters in Business Administration from reputable institution. -- Approved certification in project management is an advantage. -- Candidates with working knowledge of HRMS will be preferred. Experience Required: -- 8-10 years of diversified experience in various functions of HR and Admin. -- At least 03 years of demonstrated experience in HRMS management/development.
