Our Client is a technology solutions company providing the latest in hardware and software solutions from HP, Dell, Quantum, Exagrid, Redhat, Microsoft, FalconStor and others. They are experts in the areas of Virtualization, Networking, Enterprise Storage, Enterprise Server, Software and Hardware design, Blades and Backup and Recovery. They are seeking an Account Executive with an existing book of solid accounts in the northern California/Bay Area. This is NOT an entry level position as the Account Executive will be tasked with a $3 million dollar quota the first year. Candidates from IBM, HP, Del or candidates from hardware/services resellers such as CDW, Zones, Fusion Storm, etc. are preferred. Location: Bay Area Relocation: NO Base Salary: $120,000.00 OTE: $240,000.00 (Commission at 40% of Gross Profit) Responsibilities: * This sales person must be capable of selling at the C-Level. * Prospect, qualify and close new target accounts * Develop a selling strategy for landing new opportunities within assigned territory * Perform calls and/or web based presentations * Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends * Conduct sales calls at executive level within an account to identify key contacts, understand their critical business issues, introduce capabilities and secure meetings between prospect and delivery team members to further the sales opportunity.
