They are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to drive the design of Web, mobile and social initiatives for their customers. You will be responsible for the start-to-finish design of new features for mobile apps and have direct input with Product Management and Development to shape creative, high quality, engaging Web & mobile experiences. Job Duties include: • Own the end-to-end design process and deliverable set (including information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity screen mockups and GUI elements) with frequent iteration and evolution of design solutions • Guide the design of compelling, usable, and desirable user experiences and interfaces for a variety of Web and mobile apps • Rapidly translate business requirements, user research and customer feedback into personas and user scenarios to drive user-centered designs • Contribute to the visualization of innovative product concepts through white-boarding, diagrams, and high-level interactions flows • Collaborate effectively with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs and champion great UX in the face of technical constraints • Ensure consistency of design across several mobile platforms • Develop and maintain design specifications and mobile design patterns as appropriate Required Skills: • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions and GUI design expertise is a requirement for application • Ideally, be proficient at HTML, CSS, and Javascript to translate designs into usable constructs • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer or similar role designing mobile, Web, and/or otheron-device applications • A degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience is preferred • Experience with design tools including Visio, OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks as they relate to documenting IA, interactions flows and high-fidelity screen level design • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to gracefully defend your design decisions Desired Skills: • Have a deep knowledge of the IOS and Android UI guidelines, both for native and mobile web • Have worked in an Agile/Scrum product development environment. • Ability to be nimble and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment • Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently Qualified candidates should their resumes to tom@msearchllc.com"
