Project Manager "For our PCO based in Budapest, contact us if you fit the following profiles we are looking for: Marketing and Research Assistant: - Business verbal and writing skills in a 3 languages: english, spanish/italian, french. An eastern European language would be an advantage. - Experience with association meetings or MICE industry would be an advantage - Data base management - Research experience would be an advantage - Exposure to a marketing and sales environment- within the association or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage - Excellent planning and co-ordinating skills - Being able to work on their own and take initiative - Efficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Project Management: - English, both verbal and written is a "must" - Additional languages would be a great advantage - Experience in conference/congress (PCO/Event Planning) management is very important, experience in the medical and scientific community would be an advantage - Experience working with registration and abstract management softwares - Managing several projects simultaneously - Implementing systems and procedures - Training of implemented systems and procedures - Management skill of budgets and contracts - Excellent planning and co-ordination skills - Ability to work with many different nationalities and cultures - Experience in website/internet environment - Experience with exhibition and sponsorship planning, co-ordinating and management - Experience in venue management for events - Efficient in Word and Excel Please contact me via Linkedin for further details"
