"Job: Principal Systems Analyst in Burlington, MA Principal Systems Analyst with significant experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Modules needed AR/GL/APLead projects, working with both system integrator and outsource vendor, to successful on-time delivery through a formal project management and software development lifecycle methodology. Work closely with end-users to understand business process improvements, identify and document functional and technical requirements, and offer technical solutions. Advise on application functionality that may already be in use and features that may be considered for activation. Implement automated solutions through a formal software development life cycle including requirement definition, project planning and software testing in a Sarbanes Oxley compliant environment. Develop, coordinate, and implement test plans for functional changes, bug fixes, enhancements, patches, and upgrades. Contribute to user documentation and train-the-trainer activities. Provide post-production support on a regularly scheduled 24x7 rotation basis. Occasional travel may be required. Bachelor's degree in IS/CS, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; Masters preferred. At least 7+ years Oracle E-Business Suite applications experience with focus on Supply Chain or Project Accounting modules. Experience performing business analysis for Oracle Applications 11.5.10 or greater with solid knowledge of module functionality, setup, flexfields, workflow, and profile options. Working knowledge of TOAD and SQLPlus query tools and the Oracle E-Business Suite data model. Knowledge of systems integration, information delivery, IS/business consulting, Sarbanes Oxley, outsource governance, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources a plus. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Solid and proven experience with all phases of software development life cycle including requirement definition, project planning, formal software testing methodology in a Sarbanes Oxley compliant environment.
