We are a team of industry veterans from Apple, Google, Yahoo, Quattro Wireless, Tacoda, and other top tier technology and advertising companies. We have done this before. We understand what advertisers and publishers want. We understand Big Data and Machine Learning. And now we are looking for top notch engineers to join us. This is your chance to be a part of this small but rapidly growing team, to own a significant part of the product, and to be a part of the exploding mobile advertising market. Based in San Mateo, within a block from the CalTrain station, and walking distance to great downtown San Mateo restaurants. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for ad server optimization, behavioral profiling, and user segmentation. - Implement ad targeting models that use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques - Analyze, design and implement targeted relevance algorithms. - Develop and implement algorithms that work with large scale data to forecast and optimize return on online advertising spend Requirements: - MS/PhD in Computer science, Statistics or related fields is required.
