DESCRIPTION The Senior Executive Assistant performs all phases of administrative and executive support of a complex and confidential nature for the CEO and Board of Directors. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, translating documents, liaising with domestic/international internal and external to ensure business meetings and travel arrangements are completed as required by the business. Additional responsibilities may include originating correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and conferences (domestic and international), and maintain calendar and monthly itineraries.   MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform top level administrative duties in support of the CEO making travel arrangements, scheduling a high volume of meetings and appointments managing en ever-changing business/personal calendar and managing complex schedules. Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO including hotels, flights and ground transportation and making the necessary reservations; prepare itineraries. With an understanding of business protocols associated with CEO’s clients and business associates, effectively interact with senior leaders, Board members and their executive assistants while representing the office of the CEO and Chairman. Prepare and submit CEO’s expense reports. Screen all phone calls to the CEO’s office and exercise sound judgment in determining whether to connect the caller to the CEO, take a message, or refer the matter to another company contact. Organize and manage documents using various software programs. Assist CEO with some personal matters, such as booking personal travel. Plan, coordinate and manage the off-site BOD meetings and functions, including travel, hotel, meeting agenda, visas (as needed) and leisure program.      INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with CEO, BOD and executive management. Job holder must be able to create and maintain an amicable relationship with others. Communication and exchange of information will be conducted internally and externally. Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate in multiple languages.   QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Must have at least five (5) years’ experience supporting a Chief Executive Officer of a company in comparable size Customer service experience preferred to manage relationships both domestic and international Must possess excellent time-management skills, outstanding organizational skill and problem solving ... http://bull.hn/l/J0ZD/"
