Sales Engineer - SaaS Tools - NY/MA 534747 in New York, NY  Sales Engineer - SaaS Tools - NY/MA 534747 Our Client is a cloud testing pioneer that provides the industry’s leading web testing service used by organizations to optimize the function, performance, scalability and reliability of their websites and web applications. Their service  leverages the resources of the Cloud for load and performance testing and accurately simulates traffic hitting a website or application from outside or inside the firewall, testing both lab and production environments. They then combine key performance metrics with monitored system data for identifying issues while a test is running. The successful Sales Engineer candidate needs to have some experience in the performance testing space.     Geography Covered:     PA,DC,MA,NJ,NY Base City:     New York or Boston Relocation: NO Total Comp at Plan:  $160k to $165k Base Salary: $120k to $130k Auto Allowance: Yes Travel%: 50% Job Description: Gap analysis skills - understanding a customer or prospect’s goals vs. their current operational or technical capabilities. Advanced pre-sales skills (questioning, presentations, demos, communication). Developing technical and business relationships at senior levels within the customer. Experience Required: Expert level knowledge of the performance engineering and testing space is a must. Experience with web application development, eCommerce, APM, mobile and BI spaces is a plus. Experience with or visibility into competitive solutions (HP LoadRunner, Keynote, Gomez) and the ability to communicate about process and operational impact (value) in a senior-level dialogue is also a plus.
