We are now searching for a highly skilled Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for this remarkable 5 Star property in Jakarta. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will lead and direct the operations of the department with his dedicated team. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, this career orientated position will focus on all operational activities including the financial performance of each business unit and will make you the driver of service excellence. Responsibilities will include the training and coaching of your workforce and the effective organisation and management of the multiple outlets.
