We are now searching for a highly skilled and dynamic Food and Beverage Director to manage the overall F&B operations and train/lead the local staff. Reporting to the General Manager, this career oriented position will focus on all operational activities including the financial performance of each business unit and will make you the driver of service excellence. The right candidate will have a stable background working in Leading International Hotels/Resorts or Boutique properties around the world, with excellent experience gained in Asia. You will enjoy a Hands-On management role, where you can lead your team to exceptional standards. You will work well as part of a busy team and will have the skills and abilities to work in a multicultural environment. Key Attributes: • Must have at least 10 years’ experience in F&B operations with at least 3 years in leading the F&B services • Must have background in fine dining and organizing and managing high-profile banquets • Very social personality who likes to greet/meet guests • Pre-opening and project management experience is an advantage • Must come from a luxury hotel or resort background • Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals • Must be fluent in English • Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing • Able to train and coach the workforce and lead by example • Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times • Capable enough to work on cost control, budgets and supervise other required details of the department’s financial records"
