Will be responsible for talent acquisition, career planning and competency development, defining and implementing best practices in test processes and lead automation competency capabilities of the organization . This is a Testing Center of Excellence management position. Role involved both COE management and handling of key strategic organization level deliveries and initiatives. Qualification: BTech/ MCA Yrs. Of Exp.:15 - 17 yrs. Experience Desired: - Testing SME and must have 2-4 years of experience in running such function.
