We are now looking for a highly skilled General Manager to lead and manage the operations of this boutique property with hands-on delivery and a customer focused attitude. Position Specifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager • Background in either Small Leading Hotels or Leading hotels of the World is required • Enjoy working on remote locations with very limited resources • Proven track record of managing high-end operations • Western trained and strong Asian experience is essential • Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments • Offer valuable strategic development on F&B and functions • Passion for raising the bar of service and anticipate customer needs • Experience in managing high-end functions and weddings • Stable work history showing career development • Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage • Strong Financial & Administrative skills • Experience in dealing with Owners, International Clientele and VIP’s • Showcase excellent Media and Public Relations skills • Maintain excellent relations with 3rd party suppliers and vendors • Able to drive revenues by taking initiatives • Provide timely training to the staff • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations • Natural leader and strategist • Great motivator and communicator • Passion for superior service, standards and product"
